The SAM Posture Print App provides a unique approach to evaluating spinal health through posture assessment. Utilizing the Spinal Analysis Machine (SAM), this app facilitates the documentation and interpretation of an individual's posture as an indicator of overall spinal condition.

The SAM device employs a posture grid analysis that contrasts 'ideal' posture against the actual posture observed in individuals, captured in both Posterior-Anterior (PA) and Lateral (Side) views. This innovative tool is designed for efficiency and user-friendliness during spinal screenings, such as those conducted at health fairs. Users can easily take photographs of one or both views, which are subsequently integrated into a PDF that details the findings. Additionally, this document includes contact information for the screener.

With the SAM Posture Print App, practitioners can wirelessly print or email the resultant PDF. Each screening can also be tagged with an identifier, allowing for the collection of all PDFs from a day’s screenings to be emailed to an office computer for further distribution.

The application features customizable email greetings and messages that auto-load, along with editable aspects of the PDF itself. Furthermore, both the email and PDF are adaptable to any language that matches the user's phone settings.

This app is particularly effective within the time constraints typical of spinal screening events, offering multiple options for communicating results to individuals. By visually correlating posture to spinal health, the SAM Posture Print App empowers musculoskeletal practitioners to engage meaningfully with the public while promoting awareness of spinal wellness.
